Organizer terms

Pheaks (PH + peaks) is a booking platform operated by Jefferyl Castillo. You are not an employee, partner, or joint venture of Pheaks. You run the trail day: itinerary, permits, guides, transport, safety brief, and on-site cash. Joiners contract with you when they book. Pheaks charges a convenience fee per slot.

Organizer is not a self-serve role. Sign up as a joiner with email, a magic-link email, or Google. Finish your Tourism Manifest, then apply from Profile. Pheaks reviews you before you can publish. Keep your organization name and signature current. Certificates will not complete a trip if your profile has no signature. We may suspend or ban an account that misleads joiners, skips the fee, or puts people at risk.

Title, dates, meeting point, price, capacity, photos, and hike stats must match what you actually run. You choose which listing blocks guests see before they log in. Signed-in joiners still see everything they need to book. Do not use Pheaks only as a poster and then tell people to book off-app if you still want tickets, seats, certificates, or a manifest. Every head that takes a slot owes one convenience fee, including walk-ins and friends paid in a group checkout. If you add a walk-in, you pay any fee due on that slot yourself.

Plate, driver name, driver contact, and vehicle description are not required to publish. They are required before check-in and before you mark a date Completed. Joiners who are Reserved or Attended see those details on the ticket. Completing a trip also needs your default certificate signature and any walk-in convenience fees paid.

Pheaks ships a default hiking and tour waiver. You may replace it with your own at /dashboard/waiver. Joiners accept the live text at checkout. That snapshot stays on the booking. A walk-in you add is treated as accepting the waiver in force at that moment. Have a lawyer review anything you publish. Pheaks does not insure your joiners.

Trip money is yours to collect. Joiners pay you on any payment channel you publish on your profile (GCash, Maya, a payment link, a bank account, or a QR), or in cash at the jump-off. Pheaks attaches those details to each booking when it turns Reserved. Pheaks does not hold, route, or escrow that money, and it takes no percentage of it.

What Pheaks charges the joiner is its convenience fee, once per slot. When a fee is due, PayMongo processes it at the published rate. A joiner who cancels before call time forfeits any fee Pheaks actually charged. If you cancel a date, Pheaks refunds that fee. You must return every peso of trip money you collected for that date. Failing to do so is grounds for removal from Pheaks.

Featured listings and a 30-day organizer subscription are billed under Payments when you use them. The Admin console can switch the convenience fee between a fixed peso amount and a percentage take-rate of the downpayment you publish.

DENR, LGU, and protected-area permits are yours to hold. Leave No Trace and a real safety brief are yours to run. Joiners may rate you after a completed trip. You may rate them. Do not harass, discriminate, or invent reviews. Coordinators you assign act as your staff, not Pheaks staff.
