Pheaks (PH + peaks) is a booking platform for mountain hikes and local tours in the Philippines, operated by Jefferyl Castillo. These terms govern your use of pheaks.com and the app. Questions: Contact.

Pheaks lists trips and takes bookings. The organizer named on the listing runs the trail day (transport, guides, itinerary, and on-site safety). Booking on Pheaks is not a contract with Pheaks to lead the hike.

You must use a real email and a Philippine mobile number. One person, one account. Roles (Joiner, Organizer, Coordinator, Admin) are not self-assigned. Organizers publish only after Pheaks approves them. We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms, fakes identity, or harms other users.

Joiners must complete a Tourism Manifest (name, date of birth, address, blood type, emergency contact, medical notes) before booking. That record is what event staff use in an emergency. Keep it true.

The only thing Pheaks itself bills you for is its own convenience fee, charged once per head when a convenience fee is due. You can pay for friends on the same trip if they already have Pheaks accounts. Each head consumes a slot.

The trip fee itself is not paid to Pheaks. You pay the organizer directly, on a payment channel they publish on their profile (which Pheaks attaches to your booking once it is Reserved), or in cash at the jump-off. Pheaks is not a party to that payment. It does not hold, route, escrow, or guarantee it.

When a convenience fee is due, PayMongo processes it. Until a booking is Reserved, a pending slot can be released. After you are Reserved, cancellation and refund rules apply.

Hiking and touring in the Philippines involve weather, terrain, altitude, vehicles, and other people. You join at your own risk. Follow the organizer's brief, bring what they ask, and do not travel if you are unfit for the itinerary. Pheaks does not insure you. A ticket is not a guarantee that a trip will run as posted. Weather and local rules can stop a day.

If the organizer cancels the trip, contact them about the trip money you sent them. Pheaks refunds its own fee. It cannot reverse a payment it never received.

After a completed trip, joiners and organizers may leave a rating. Reviews must be about that trip. Do not post other people's private details. Listing photos and copy belong to the organizer. The Pheaks name and mark belong to Pheaks.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top is the published version. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms. Philippine law governs. Related: Privacy, Cookies, Activity waiver, Organizer terms.
