Guides
You see the dates you are assigned. You read the manifest. You look up a ticket and mark someone Attended, including whether the on-site cash was collected. You cannot publish listings, change prices, cancel a paid joiner, or un-attend a person who already walked in.
You do not see Pheaks' convenience fee. That is not jump-off work.

COLLECT ₱2,000 ON SITE
Open Scan from the bottom nav. Point the camera at the QR. If it will not focus (rain, 3 a.m., a cracked screen), ask for the check-in code printed under the QR and type it. Same result.
Lookup needs a signal. If the bar drops after you already opened the manifest, you can still read the names you loaded. You cannot look up a new ticket or write attendance offline. That is deliberate: a guess in a dead zone should not mark the wrong Ana Attended.
If the ticket still shows cash due, collect it before you send them to the trailhead briefing. Amber on Pheaks is the same amber as the envelope.
Names, nicknames, emergency numbers, medical notes, pickup, van seat, cash due. That is the tourism manifest, not a group-chat poll. If the organizer adds a walk-in, they appear here too. One slot, one Pheaks convenience fee, and it is the organizer who owes it.

The organizer must fill plate, driver name, driver contact, and a vehicle description on every van for that date. Until they do, Scan will not take attendance. Call them. Do not invent a plate on the radio and hope the app catches up.
On the trail · Saturday 3:05 a.m. · Ambangeg
Kaye stands at the sliding door with brightness up. Ana's QR reads on the first try. The card says collect ₱2,000. Kaye takes the envelope, marks cash collected, marks Attended. Mig paid in full online. No amber, just scan.
On the trail · Saturday 3:22 a.m. · signal one bar
Kaye already had the manifest open. She can still read who is supposed to be in van 1. A late joiner jogs up with a ticket. Lookup fails until a bar comes back. Kaye does not tick them Attended from memory. When the lookup lands, she types the code.
On the trail · Saturday 4:00 a.m. · ranger table
Kaye hands the phone (or an export) to the ranger: legal names, nicknames for the bag tags, emergency contacts. Walk-ins Ridge Runners added ten minutes ago are on the list because they were entered on the live manifest, not in a notebook that stays in the organizer's jacket.

Ask your organizer to add you from Team. The organizer guide is the other half of this job. Joiners: how to show the ticket.
