What Pheaks is
Pheaks lists hikes and tours, takes the booking, and prints a ticket the jump-off team can scan. It does not lead the hike, hire the van, or collect every peso in cash at 3 a.m. That is the organizer named on the listing.
Three roles meet on the same date. Roles are not self-serve: everyone starts as a joiner. Organizers apply and wait for review. Coordinators are assigned by their organizer.

The samples below use one made-up trip (Mt. Pulag via Ambangeg, 3:00 a.m. call time, ₱2,500 all-in with a ₱500 downpayment) so the numbers stay still while you read. Live listings set their own prices and dates.

Ana books from the sofa
Ana opens Pheaks on her phone, searches Pulag, and taps Ridge Runners PH. She screens the organizer on ratings, picks 17 October, chooses SM North EDSA as her pickup. Any Pheaks convenience fee due is settled in the app. The ₱2,500 trip fee is Ridge Runners' to collect. That is the amber number on the ticket.
Until the booking is Reserved she can still release it. Once she is Reserved: a QR ticket, a typed check-in code under it, a seat she can claim in the van, and every payment channel Ridge Runners accept (number, link, and downloadable QR) to send the trip money to.

The van is a Hiace, not a pin on a map
Plate, driver name, and a contact number show on Ana's ticket once the organizer fills them, often close to pickup, not when the listing went live. She texts the driver, finds van 1, and sits in seat 4 because she tapped it on Friday.

The organizer closes the day
Ridge Runners marks the date Completed. That is a person tapping a button, not a clock. A rained-out trip that never ran must not mint certificates. Ana can print or download hers, leave a review, and (because this was a hike) see it count on her journey stats. Tours still get a certificate. They do not move summit numbers.
What leaves your account, and when
Two payments, two places. Pheaks charges its convenience fee in the app and nothing else. The trip fee goes to the organizer on any payment channel from their profile (GCash, Maya, a payment link, a bank account, or a QR), attached to your booking the moment it turns Reserved, or in cash at the jump-off. How much they want up front is their downpayment, and their call.
The fee follows the slot: every head that consumes capacity owes one, including friends on a group checkout and walk-ins. Ink on the sample is Pheaks' side of the split. Amber is what the organizer is still owed, the same shout as the ticket.

What the badges mean
A listing is one tour with many dates. Each date is its own trip: its own capacity, van, manifest, and scanner. Your booking is a seat on one of those dates.

A slot is held while you pay. Nothing is charged yet. You can release it.

Payment landed. You have a ticket, a QR, and a typed check-in code.
Attended
A coordinator scanned you at the jump-off. You cannot cancel after this.
Cancelled
The slot went back on the trip. Refund rules depend on who cancelled, and when.

Only the organizer sees it. Not on the joiner home.
Published
Bookable. Joiners can pick this date.
Fully Booked
No slots left. The listing stays visible.
Completed
The organizer marked the day done. Certificates and reviews unlock.
Cancelled
The trip was called off. Tickets still show that it did not run.
